摘要 为有效降低乙烯装置能耗和减少污水排放量,针对稀释蒸汽发生系统运行存在的问题进行分析,从优化操作、实施技术改造和加强管理方面制定了相应的措施,收到了一定的效果。使急冷油粘度降低、中压蒸汽用量减少、排污水量减少,实现了系统优化和节能减排。 This article brietly analyzes the problems arisen during the operation of dilution steam system in Ethylene Plant,and advances some improvement mea- sures in aspects of operation optimization,technical in- novation and management enhancement.Good effect has been achieved.Viscosity of quench oil is lowered,con- sumption of MP steam is reduced,wastewater discharge is decreased,and system optimization,energy saving and pollution reduction is realized.
