Selecting Different Independent Innovations Under MNCs' R&D Internationalization in China

随着跨国公司在华生产、经营活动的本土化进程逐步加快,其研发活动也日渐本土化。跨国公司研发国际化对我国企业自主创新既有正面影响也有负面影响,如何根据其两面性选择适当的自主创新模式具有重要意义。因此,我国企业应趋利避害,合理定位,发挥自身优势,坚持创新的开放性、自主性、适用性和灵活性原则,适当地选择和调整自主创新模式。

With more and more localizing of production and management, the activities of MNCs＇ R＆D localize gradually in China and exert active or negative influences on Chinese firms＇ activities of independent innovation. Thus it was necessary for our firms to select different independent innovations according to MNCs＇ R＆D internationalization. In process of independent innovation, Chinese firm should make full use of advantages while avoiding disadvantages, and position rationally, and bring our own advantages into play, and stick to our innovation with openness and independence and feasibility and flexibility, and select and adjust the modes of independent innovation properly.
