内服膝骨关节炎胶囊与外洗法治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on the curative effect of XIGUGUANJIEYAN capsule for oral use and washout method on osteoarthritis of knee joints in early and intermediate stage

目的:观察评价膝骨关节炎胶囊与外洗方治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:80例早、中期膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为2组:治疗组40例,采用膝骨关节炎胶囊与外洗方治疗;对照组40例,采用骨刺丸治疗。对比分析2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、结论:膝骨关节炎胶囊与外洗方治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎有良好的效果。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the effect of XIGUGUANJIE YAN capsule （XGGJYJN, a TCM composition） for oral use and washout method on osteoarthritis of knee joints in early and intermediate stage. Methods ： 80 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints in early and intermediate stage were randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 cases in experimental group were administered with XGGJYJN and were treated with washout, while those in eonthol group were administered with GUCI pill（ GUCIWAN, a TCM composition）. The curative effects were observed. Results： The curative effect in experimental group was better than that in control group and there was signifin cant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of XGGJYJN for oral use combined with washout has satisfactory effect on curing osteoarthritis of knee joints in early and intermediate stage.
