摘要 冲击能和冲击频率是液压冲击机械的重要输出工作参数;合理匹配冲击能和冲击频率,可适应不同的作业条件,产生最佳工作效果,从而提高生产率和降低成本,扩大其使用范围。为了实现液压冲击器输出工作参数的能频独立控制,提出一种基于压力反馈原理的新型能频独立调节液压冲击器,并且建立系统的非线性数学模型,对其进行计算机仿真,揭示了系统各参数对冲击器工作性能的影响,并对其设计理论和方法进行研究。 It is well known that the output working parameters of the hydraulic impact machine are strike energy and strike frequency, and rational matching of these working parameters can adapt different working conditions, bring optimal working effect. Accordingly enhances productivity, decrease cost and enlarges its use field. In order to achieve the hydraulic impact of the output parameters matching for energy and frequency, the passage describe a new hydraulic impact that can control the frequent and energy independently based on pressure feedback and it established a system of non - linear mathematical model, exerted computer simulation, opened out the influence for impactor performance coming from the system parameter. Finally, researched the design theory and method.
