Element Analysis of Anti-investigation Behaviors

反侦查是当前刑事犯罪中最具时代性的现象,伪造身份、异地作案、高科技犯罪、网上销赃等成为当前犯罪一种"时尚"。一直以来,侦查面对反侦查的挑战颇感困惑,侦查技术的发展总跟不上犯罪发展的步伐,如何认清反侦查的本来面目是侦查无法回避的问题。通过对大量刑事案件的研究,采用文献、实证资料研究的方法,对当前我国刑事侦查过程中所遇到的一些反侦查行为进行研究,对反侦查行为若干要素进行了系统的分析。

Anti-investigation is the most contemporary phenomenon in current crimes. Forging identity, committing crimes in another place, adopting high techniques and disposing of the spoils via the Internet have become a fashion in current crimes. All the times the development of anti-investigation techniques can not catch up with the pace of crimes. How to figure out the nature of anti-investigation is an unavoidable issue for investigation. This paper adopts the methods of literature review and empirical research to conduct a systematic study on the major elements of anti-investigation behaviors that appear in the process of criminal investigation.
