摘要 针对目前电网功率因数低等电能质量问题,结合建设智能化变电站的需要,利用计算机技术和网络技术,研制了一套由直接监控级、过程优化级和生产管理级组成的静止无功补偿装置(SVC)智能监控系统。在描述该系统的总体布局后,对由基于DSP的下位机组成的直接监控级和由工控机组成的过程优化级的软硬件设计作了较详细的介绍。该系统已经成功应用于电气化铁道的高压直挂式SVC装置,投运后变电站的月平均功率因数都提高到了0.98及以上。实际应用表明,该智能化监控系统的控制、保护和故障诊断等性能优良,完全可以满足SVC现场运行和作为新型变电站智能终端的需要。 In order to solve the problem of low power factor and some other problems of electric quality, and fulfill the need of intelligent transformer substation, unify the technology of the computer and network, the intelligent monitoring and control system is designed for SVC. The system includes a direct monitoring and control unit, a process optimization unit and an equipment management unit. The paper describes the structure of the intelligent monitoring and control system, with emphasis on the hardware and the software design of a low level computer based on DSP for direct monitoring and control and the a high level computer for process optimization. After the equipment applied to electric railway, the average power factor of every month is elevated to 0.98 leastly. The application results show that the intelligent system has good performance and meets completely the need of the operation
