摘要
测定足月妊娠及过期妊娠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)及血清E3、hPL及血浆TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α(6KP)水平。结果显示过期妊娠者SOD、GSH-Px活力明显低于正常足月妊娠,P<0.001;LPO明显高于正常足月妊娠,P<005;同时E3、hPL下降,P<0.001;6KP亦降低,P<0.05。在过期妊娠组中,胎心监护NST低评分、存在胎儿缺氧者为2143%,显著高于对照组(9.09%),P<0.01。研究表明过期妊娠的发生与体内过氧化有关,其胎盘老化、功能减退的病理生理变化以及胎心监护低评分与氧自由基过多及其清除物减少明显相关。
Objective:To study the pathophysiological changes of prolonged pregnancy and the relationship between oxidation and placental functhion.Methods:Maternal red blood cell superoxide dismutases(SOD)、gluthathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)、serum lipid peroxide(LPO),as well as maternal serum E3、hPL and plasma TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α(6KP)were measured in normal term pregnancy and prolonged pregnancy.Results:In prolonged pregnancy,SOD、GSH-Px activity decreased significantly(P<0001);and LPO level increased significantly(P<005).Meanwhile,maternal serum E3、hPL level were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0001),6KP level reduced obviously(P<005).In Prolonged pregnant women,fetal Fischer's score of NST test≤7' accounted for 21.43%,which was markedly higher than that in control group (909%),P<0.01.Conclusion:The prolonged pregnancy was associated with over oxidate.The pathophysiologic change of placenta,fetal heart monitor low score were associatal with oxygen free radical increasing and its scavenger reducing. \ \
