摘要 目的探讨新型心肌标记物心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H—FABP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法42例早期胸痛患者(≤6h)分别进行H—FABP快速检测试剂盒定性方法和cTnI和CK~MB二联快速检测试剂盒定性方法测定,比较不同检测方法和心肌标记物的诊断敏感性及准确性。结果H—FABP快速检测试剂盒定性检测法的诊断敏感性及准确性均明显高于cTnI和CK—MB二联快速检测试剂盒定性方法测定,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论H—FABP对AMI的早期诊断具有较高的敏感性及准确性,可作为诊断早期AMI的理想心肌标记物。 Objective To explore the value of the new cardiac biomarker heart -type fatty acid - binding protein ( H - FABP ) in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 42 cases of patients with early chest pain within 6 h were enrolled in the study. The H - FABP test result was compared with conventional cardiac biomarkers including eTnI and CK - MB. The sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis were conlpared among different methods. Results The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of H - FABP were significantly higher than those of conventional methods ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion H - FABP for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction has higher sensitivity and accuracy. It is an ideal myocardial parameter for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
