摘要
大中型工业企业在很大程度上体现了我国工业乃至整个经济的增长方式和特点,必须大力提升其创新能力,从效率的层面看就是力图最大限度地降低投入而提高产出。通过创新系统理论和技术效率理论,本文应用DEA方法测度了大中型工业企业的33个行业1999~2006年间的行业R&D效率。研究发现,大中型工业企业近年来R&D效率提升并不明显;高投入强度的行业并不具备显著的效率优势。从长远来看,创新能力的提高不仅需要加大投入,创新效率的提升也是不容忽视的。
Big-middle industrial enterprise, which in large reflects Chinese industry and macro-economy, so it must enhance its innovation ability. From efficiency perspective the way is seeking to minimize the input and maximize the output. Based on innovation system theory and technology efficiency theory, this paper measures the big-middle industry's R&D efficiency by DEA method. The results are. Big-middle industry's R&D efficiency improvement is not obvious; High input intensive industry doesn't get obvious efficiency advantage. In the long term to enhance the innovation ability, not only more resource input is needed, but also the innovation efficiency should be improved.
