摘要
目的通过规范护理服务,提高护理质量。方法成立了总护士长-护士长-组长三级管理体系,制订了规范服务的相关文件,编写了临床常见的情景练习,对全体护士进行了培训及效果评价。结果护理服务示范基地实施后,患者对开展健康教育、护理服务、操作技术的满意度比实施前显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论规范护理服务可以提高患者满意度。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing by establishing nursing service model. Methods A three - level managentent system including general head nurse - head nurse - group leader was set up. They established a series of administration documents anti designed sonic common scenary exer(ises in clincial practice to train all the nurses. The effect of training was evaluated. Results After the practice of nursing service model,the patients' satisfaction with health education, nursing service, nurses' professional skills was increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 or 1:' 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The establishment of nursing service model can standardize nursing service and increase patients' satisfaetion.
