压疮风险管理中履行护理告知的做法与效果

The practice and effect of informed principle in the risk management of pressure ulcer

目的将护理告知应用于压疮风险管理中,促进护患沟通、合作,规避护理风险,避免护理纠纷。方法运用压疮危险因素评估量表、营养评分表及压疮报告表评估压疮风险,将评分内容与护理措施采用口头和书面告知流程向患者及其家属告知。结果患者及家属主动参与,积极配合治疗和护理,维护了良好的护患关系。结论护理告知可使患者及家属更好地了解压疮发生的风险,提高护理措施实施的有效性,达到了较好的护患沟通和法律保护的效应。

Objective To practice informed principle in the risk management of pressure ulcer,so as to promote nurse - patient communication and cooperation,avoid nursing riks and nursing disputes. Method The bedsore risk assessment scale,nutrition assesstment form and bedsore report list were used to assess the risks of pressure ulcer. Then,the results were informed to the patients and their family members by oral and written forms. Result This practice motivated the patients and family members to participate in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer and promoted the harmonization of nurse - client relationship. Conclusion The application of informed principle can help the patients and family members to understand the risks of pressure ulcer better, improve the efficiency of nursing intervention, promote nurse - client communication and protect the legal righs both for patients and nurses.
