摘要
介绍了近年来灵武长枣果实采后生理与贮藏特性的研究进展,主要分析了灵武长枣的呼吸特性,阐述了目前有关灵武长枣果实采后主要的贮藏保鲜技术。
The research progress of postharvest physiology and storage technique of Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv. Lingwuchangzao in recent years was introduced. The respiration characteristics of Lingwuchangzao were analyzed. Main storage techniques of postharvest fruit were discussed.
