新闻舆论监督司法的思考

Thought about News supervision by public opinion justice

本文在分析当前舆论监督司法存在问题的基础上,提出舆论监督应以不侵犯司法独立为限度,即舆论监督司法虽然有必要,但要有限度并把握好方向,舆论监督与司法独立之间应保持一种合适的平衡机制和标准。

The paper based on the analysis of the problems in nowadays supervision by public opinion, proposed that supervision by public opinion should based on non-aggression to judical independence, which means using public opnion to supervise justice is necessary, but it doesn＇t means it is without limit, we should holding the orientation and making the two of them keeping balanceable mechanism and standard.
