人工全髋关节置换和人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效比较 被引量：10

摘要 随着社会的老龄化，高龄股骨颈骨折也越来越常见，不少高龄患者伤前即患有原发性高血压、心脏病等内科疾病，保守治疗和传统内固定治疗都有较高的骨折不愈合率和股骨头缺血坏死几率，目前多采用人工股骨头置换（femoral head replacement，FHR）或人工全髋关节置换（total hip arthroplasty，THA）治疗股骨颈骨折.
