Progress in laboratory detection of human enterovirus 71

摘要 近年来,人肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)感染在世界各地特别是亚太地区呈上升趋势。EV71感染主要引起手足口病,但所致的神经系统并发症可导致死亡或永久性肌麻痹,因此受到医学界的广泛关注。此文主要就EV71的实验室检测做一综述。 In recent years, human enterovirus 71 (EVT1) infections show rising trend all over the world, especially in Asia-Pacific area. EV71 infections mostly result in hand, foot and mouth disease and may cause central nervous system complications, which are associated with death or permanent muscle paralysis. EV71 has attracted widely attention in medical field. The research progress in laboratory detection of EV71 is mainly summarized in this paper.
