摘要
浙04A是浙江省农科院作物与核技术利用研究所选用武运粳7号A为母本,以秀水110/8204B的杂交F4代优良单株为父本测交,经连续多代回交核置换转育而成的BT型晚粳稻三系不育系,2007年10月通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会组织的技术鉴定。浙04A育性稳定,群体不育株率100%,花粉不育度99.99%;株型紧凑,矮秆抗倒,穗形大,花时早,异交结实率和制种产量高,米质优,抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病,配合力较强。利用浙04A配制的粳粳交和粳籼交杂交稻组合表现杂种优势强,增产潜力大,其中高产杂交晚粳稻新组合浙优12号(浙04A/浙恢H414)已于2008年1月通过浙江省农作物品种审定,应用前景广阔。
Zhe 04A, developed through crossing elite F4 plants of Xiushui 110/8204B to Wuyunjing 7A and successively backcrossing with selected plants of male parents as the recurrent parent, is a new late japonica BT - type CMS line. It was technically certified in Zhejiang Province in 2007. Zhe 04A had a stable and complete sterility. Its pollen sterility was 99.99% and the percentage of sterile plants was 100%. It had the characteristics of compact plant type, early flowering, high outcrossing rate, large panicles, disease resistances and good combining ability. Its F1 hybrids, especially japonica-indica hybrids, showed a strong heterosis with high yielding potential. One of its late japonica hybrid combinations, i. e. , Zheyou 12 (Zhe 04A/Zhehui H414) was developed and released by the Zhejiang Provinical Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in January, 2008, and it showed a high yielding potential and a bright future for extension.
