摘要
通过分析绩效管理的目的和意义,结合我国护理人力资源管理的现状,提出了绩效管理在护理人力资源管理中的应用误区,并进一步探讨了在护理人力资源管理中实施绩效管理应把握的策略。
On the basis of analyzing the objective and significance of performance management, combining with the current condition of human resources management in Chinese nursing management, the author raised the misuse of performance managemem in nursing, and then proposed necessary application strategies.
