On Teacher's Time in the Context of Educational Reform

摘要 教师时间是影响教育改革的重要因素。教师与教育改革者的时间观念存在差异。文章提供五对概念,用以分析这些差异,并认为时间观念的不同是教育改革措施被悬置或受到教师抗拒的重要原因。为了推进教育改革,教育改革者应具备时间视角,在管理、利用教师时间的同时,注意理解教师独特的时间观念。 Teacher's time is an important issue which influences the educational reform. There are a few important differences between the time notion of school-teachers and educational reformers. This paper provides five pairs of concepts to analyses those differences which are important factors that give rise to the suspending and resisting within the process of educational reform. To improve the educational reform, the educational reformer should take the unique time perspective of teacher, understand properly while managing and using teacher's time.
