摘要 合理准确地确定工期裕量的大小是成功实施关键链项目管理的关键。在对作业工期、工期裕量等分析研究的基础上,剖析了现有两种工期裕量确定方法C&P和RSE的特点,给出了确定工期裕量的新方法,最后运用Monte Carlo模拟技术,验证了本文提出的方法的有效性和实用性。 To reasonably and accuratly estimate the size of duration buffer is the key to successfully carry out the critical chain project management (CCPM). Based on the study of activity duration and duration buffer, a new method to estimate duration buffer is proposed after analyzing the characteristic of C&P (cut and paste method) and RSE (root square error method). Finally, the validity and function of the new method is tested and verified by the Monte Carlo imi- tated technique.
