摘要
冬季由于环境温度的改变,供油系统结蜡车辆不能够正常运行,供油系统的结蜡主要出现在柴油滤清器.为了避免燃油系统结蜡,汽车必须更换低凝点燃油.论文通过加热的方式使得柴油滤清器中柴油温度升高,避免结蜡现象发生.本文应用ANSYS软件对柴油滤清器的温度场进行了模拟,结果表明:加热后滤清器内的柴油温度高于其冷滤点,能够保证柴油通过滤清器.通过实车进行验证,实测结果与模拟结果较为吻合,实验结果表明在环境温度为-25℃,加热器功率为58W时,柴油滤清器正常工作,系统能够保证车辆在冬季正常使用高凝点柴油.
With the changing of ambient temperature, diesel truck must change lower freezing point diesel fuel in order to avoid paraffin deposit which makes the car not run correctly in winter. Paraffin deposit often happens in diesel fuel filter cleaner. To avoid the paraffin deposit this paper uses heating to heat diesel. The paper uses ANSYS to simulate the temperature field distributing of filter cleaner, results indicate temperature of the diesel heated in filter cleaner is higher than cold filter plugging point of that and keep the diesel flow the filter cleaner. Simulation result is consistent with the result of experimental verification in the car. The result of the test verifies the system can assure the vehicles that use the higher freezing point diesel in winter and diesel fuel filter cleaner with 58 W heater can be utilized correctly.
