摘要
通过两步法合成了AA/AHPSE共聚物,采用13CNMR对合成产品进行了结构鉴定,并通过静态法评价了产品的阻垢和分散性能。实验表明:该产品具有优异的阻碳酸钙、硫酸钙和磷酸钙垢性能,并具有优良的稳定锌盐和分散氧化铁的能力。
AA/AHPSE copolymer has been prepared by copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and 3-allyloxy-2- hydroxy-l-propanesulfonate(AHPSE). The copolymer structure is determined by ^13C NMR. Its scale inhibition and dispersion capacities are evaluated by static test. The experimental results show that the copolymer possesses excellent effect on reducing scale depositions of CaCO3,CaSO4,Ca3(PO4)2,Fe2O3 and zinc salts.
