摘要
模拟肉鸭胃肠道内环境,采用两步离体消化法,分别研究了三种酶制剂(β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶和木聚糖酶)的6个水平(0、100、300、500、700、900μg/g)对稻谷离体消化能值的影响。结果表明:β-葡聚糖酶(x1)、纤维素酶(x2)、木聚糖酶(x3)的添加水平显著提高了稻谷离体消化能值(Y)(P<0.05),其二次回归关系分别为Y=-1E-06 x12+0.001 2 x1+6.695 9(R2=0.863 8,n=6,P<0.05),Y=-1E-06 x22+0.0018 x2+6.7502(R2=0.8668,n=6,P<0.05),Y=-1E-06 x32+0.0016 x3+6.6634(R2=0.954 8,n=6,P<0.05),从而确定出在试验条件下,β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的最适添加量分别为600、900和800μg/g。
Simulating the gastrointestinal tract environment of ducks and adopting the digestion method in vitro, the effects of several enzymes on the digestion energy in vitro for paddy in ducks were studied; the enzymes were β - glucanase, cellulose and xylanase, added to diets at doses of 0,100,300,500,700,900μg/g, respectively. Results show that the supplementation of β- glueanase (x1), cellulose (x2) and xylanase (x3) significantly improve (P 〈 0.05) the digestion energy in vitro for paddy (Y). Their quadratic regression equations are as follows: Y=-1E-06 x1^2+0.001 2 x1+6.695 9(R^2=0.863 8,n=6,P〈0.05),Y=-1E-06 x2^2+0.0018 x2+6.7502(R^2=0.8668,n=6,P〈0.05),Y=-1E-06 x3^2+0.0016 x3+6.6634(R^2=0.954 8,n=6,P〈0.05). The optimum adding doses of β - glucanase, cellulose and xylanase are 600,900 μg/g and 800 μg/g in turn at the condition of this work.
