摘要
探讨基于线阵CCDTCD1501C实现光信号高精度测量的可行性。设计方案采用CPLD产生CCD驱动脉冲和部分系统时序,CCD输出信号经A/D转换芯片TLC5510采集后通过FIFO芯片CY7C464缓存后向上位机传送。提出了具体的系统电路设计方法和部分驱动的编程源代码。原理样机已运用于微形变测量的光纤出射条纹检测中,具有集成度高、性能稳定、精度高、成本低的优点。
Feasibility study on optical signal high precision measurement based on TCD1501C is proposed. CPLD is used to generate drive pulse for linear CCD TCD1501 and system time sequence. Output data of CCD are converted by TLC5510 to FIFO chip CY7C464 and transferred to host computer. This paper describes system circuit and source code. The principle prototype has been using in detection of fiber exit fringe in micro-deformation. This design has strongpoint, such as high integration, steady performance, high precision and low cost.
