摘要
中国农村基本经营制度和结构的演变历史,其实就是以不同时期生产关系的不断调整来适应不同时期生产力发展水平的演变史。合适的经营制度一定是能均衡的满足经济和政治要求的形态。文章从分析新中国农村基本经营制度的几次重大变革入手,基于经济学的视角,对农村基本经营制度进行了分析,并据此提出了创新农村基本经营制度,必须从根本上提高农业的市场集中度的观点。
