非圆曲线型线数控加工自动编程的应用研究

随着科技的进步和发展,零件的复杂程度越来越高,数控加工的自动编程得到推进。本文针对活塞异形销孔非圆曲线型线数控加工问题,利用UG软件作为辅助开发的工具,自动生成加工程序源文件,通过后置处理,生成机床数控系统可识别的GM代码程序。该自动编程方法为活塞异形销孔非圆曲线型线的加工提供了一种新的思路。

Along with the progressing and developing of science and technology, the complicated degree of the part is more and higher, automatic programming of NC processing is pushed forward. In this paper, according to the processing problems of non- cylinder pin hole non - circular curve profile of the engine piston, using the UG software as the aided - processing tool, automatic coming into being the processing program source- file, through post- processing, generating the GM code program which could be identified by NC system of the machine tools. This auto - programming method provides a kind of new thoughts for the processing of non - cylinder pin hole non - circular curve profile of piston.
