摘要
增值评价法以教师教育活动对学生预期成绩的增值为教育评价标准,用来判定教师对学生发展的影响。与传统的学校评价模式相比,这种评价模式具有综合考察学生发展影响、强调发展性评价标准、重视起点关注过程、促进教师改进等特点。适应时代要求和教师角色的转变,增值评价成为发展的趋势。
Value-added evaluation sets students' additional value as the standard of evaluation for identifying the effectiveness of a teacher for, students' development. Compared with the traditional ones, value-added model may draw a more comprehensive picture of students' development, emphasize the formative nature of the evaluation standards, pay due attention to the starting - point and process of students' development, and promote the teacher effect. Remarkable transition is taking place throughout the world in the main purpose of teacher evaluation from simple judgment to promoting value-added evaluation.
