摘要
用扫描电镜观察了莫来石、r-Al_2O_3两种短纤维增强Al-12%Si复合材料的拉伸变形和断裂过程.结果表明:对莫来石纤维增强Al-12%Si复合材料,与外加载荷方向成小角度的纤维是裂纹优先萌生的地方;r-Al_2O_3纤维增强Al-12%Si复合材料抵抗断裂能力小于莫来石纤维增强Al-12%Si复合材料;提出了莫来石纤维增强Al-12%Si复合材料的断裂模式.
The fracture behaviour of mullite and r-Al_(2)O_(3) fibre reinforced Al-12%Si composites under tensile load was studied by SEM. The results showed that in mullite fibre reinforced Al-12%Si composites, microcracks initiated preferentially in the place where the fibres was at a small angle to the direction of tensile load. Compared with the r-Al2O3 fibre reinforced Al-12%Si composites, mullite fibre reinforced Al-12%Si composites exhibited better fracture resistance. The fracture model of mullite fibre reinforced Al-12%Si composites has been presented.
