摘要
通过分析现阶段我国科研事业单位人力资源管理中存在问题的基础上,提出从建立科学的选人机制、用人机制、培训机制、激励机制以及评价机制等方面入手开发人力资源的思路。
After analyzing the problem that exists in human resources management in scientific research public institutions in the present stage, this paper proposes the way on human resource development establishing the selecting mechanism, employment mechanism, training mechanism, incentive mechanism as well as appraisal mechanism.
