Countermeasures of Solving Financial Problem of Chinese Small and Medium—sized Enterprise

本文研究了中小企业融资的一般特征,总结了解决中小企业融资问题的国际经验,对我国目前中小企业融资困境的具体表现及其原因进行了分析。提出了建立适合中小企业融资特点的多层次金融体系的对策,并针对我国多层次资本市场"9+1+1"模式做了具体阐释。

This thesis researches the general characteristic of financing of small and medium--sized enterprise, summarizes the international experience of solving the financial problem of small and medium-- sized enterprise, and analyzes the present financial problem of small and medium--sized enterprise and the reason. And then, the author proposes the countermeasure of establishing the multi--level financial system to suit the financial characteristic of small and medium--sized enterprise, and gives the concrete explanation of the ＂9＋1＋1＂ pattern of our country＇s multi--level capital market system.
