液膜分离富集、测定钼中痕量镉 被引量:3

SEPARATION ENRICHMENT AND DETERMINATION OF TRACE CADMIUM BY LIQUID MEMBRANE IN MOLYBDENUM

摘要 用P507、TOPO、SPAN80、液体石蜡、环己烷和内相(3mol/LHCl溶液)乳状液膜体系,研究了Cd2+的迁移行为,只有Cd2+能从各种阳离子中得到满意的分离。最佳液膜体系的体积比为P507∶TOPO∶SPAN80∶液体石蜡∶环己烷=4∶3∶5∶4∶84,内相为3mol/LHCl溶液。确定了分离富集Cd2+的最优实验条件,Roi—1∶1,Rew—20∶150。此法已成功地用于测定金属钼、钼合金、氧化钼和钼精矿中痕量镉,其回收率在99.4%以上,RSD在3.1%以下,结果满意。 The transport behaviour of Cd^2+ through the emulsion liquid membrane system of P507TOPOSPAN80liquid paraffincyclohexaneinternal phase(HCl solution)has been studied.So Cd^2+ can be separated from various cations with satisfactory.The optimum constituents of P507,TOPO,SPAN80,liquid puraffin,cyclohexane as 4∶3∶5∶4∶84,internal phase(3 mol/L HCl) and the optimal conditions of separation and enrichment are determined.Roi=1∶1,Rew=20∶150.The method has been successfully applied to the enrichment and determination of trace cadmium in metalmolybdenum,molybdenum oxide,Moalloys,molybdenum concentrates.With recovery of over 99.4%,ralative standard deviation of less than 3.1%,satisfactory results.
