摘要
研究了屏蔽片对软接触结晶器中磁场分布的影响,通过对磁场的测定和液态金属成形实验,找出了屏蔽片的不同尺寸对磁场分布影响的定量规律。结果表明,在不改变结晶器切缝数和宽度的条件下,通过加适当的屏蔽片,可使结晶器中磁场分布均匀化。
The effect of shield sheet on distribution of magnetic field in soft contact mould has been studied experimentally. By measuring the magnetic field and observing shape of the molten metal, the influence of the shield sheet with various dimensions on the distribution of magnetic field was determined quantitively. It is shown that for the same slit number and segment width the distribution of magnetic field in the mould could be homogenized by adding proper shield sheet.
