摘要
建立了稻田水、土壤和稻米中乙蒜素的残留分析方法。样品采用二氯甲烷提取、气相色谱测定。实验结果表明:乙蒜素在稻田水样中的平均添加回收率为85.3%~89.1%;在土壤中的平均添加回收率为90.3%~95.4%;在稻米中的平均添加回收率为87.0%~90.3%。稻田水样、土样、稻米中乙蒜素的最低检测质量分数分别为0.002、0.01、0.02mg/kg。
A method for determining residue of the ethylicin in water, soil and rice was developed. Samples were extracted with dichloromethane and determined by GC. The average recovery was 85.3 to 89.1% in the water, 90.3 to 95.4% in the soil, 87,0 to 90.3% in the rice. The minimum detectable mass fraction was 0.002 mg/kg in the water, 0.01 mg/kg in the soil and 0.02 mg/kg in the rice.
