摘要
结合间接加热连续溶出——三套管溶出工艺参数计算,从理论和生产现状两方面分析了溶出温度、自蒸发降温梯度、自蒸发管道阻力损失,套管预热器换热面积等工艺参数,优化了溶出工艺。项目实施1a来系统运行稳定,年节约新蒸汽2.6万t,节能效果显著。
The paper calculated the process parameters of continuous dissolving by indirect heating-dissolving process by three-tube. Based on the principle and current situation of production, it analyzed temperature of dissolving, grades of temperature decreasing of self-evaporation, loss of tube' s resistance of self-evaporation, area of tube exchangers and the other process parameters, and then improved the dissolving process. The system worked steadily, saved new steam 26 thousand tons per year and then the results of energy saving were distinct since the one year ago when system was built.
