摘要
近年来，上海市电力供应呈现高峰负荷持续增长、峰谷差不断加大、季节性和时段性短缺的情况。分析了上海市用电负荷特性，预测了2008-2012年最高用电负荷。提出了从电力需求侧管理方面来削减高峰负荷的具体措施。
In view of the situation of continual increases of peak load, high peak-valley load difference, and seasonal and period shortages of power supply resent years in Shanghai, the paper analyzes the load characteristics in Shanghai power network, forecasts the peak load of the year 2008-2012 in Shanghai, and suggests concrete measures to cut down the peak load through the demand side management.
