解放思想与改革开放,一个是思想的范畴,一个是实践的范畴,体现了哲学上理论和实践的对立统一关系。二者相互联系、相互促进,是一个有机统一体。改革开放的30年是思想解放的30年,解放思想是改革开放的动力源泉,同时改革开放的新实践也需要新一轮的解放思想。

Emancipating the mind and the reform and opening-up, the former is the thinking area, the latter is a practice area, reflects the philosophy of the theory and practice of the relationship between unity of opposites.
