Practice and effect of the establishment of standardized nursing service training base

目的树立医院护士形象,提升护理服务满意度,打造优质护理服务品牌。方法通过建立医院护理规范服务培训基地,研究制定建设实施方案与培训计划,组织全院新护士分批次到规范服务培训基地进行培训,收集护理人员和患者对规范服务培训效果的反馈。结果接受培训的新护士自身素质有了本质改变,提高了护士的群体形象和沟通能力,提升了护理服务满意度。结论建立护理规范服务培训基地,实施护理规范服务培训,是提升护士形象、提高护理服务水平的有效途径。

Objective To set up nurses＇ image,increase patients satisfaction and build high - quality nursing service brand. Methods The measures included establishing the standardized nursing service training base, working out implementation programme and training plan, arranging new nurses to be trained in the base, and collecting nurses and patients＇ feedback about the effect of the standardized nursing service training base. Results The standardized nursing service training base enhanced new nurses＇ quality, improved nurses＇ image and communication ability and increased patients satisfaction with nursing service. Conclusion Theestablishment of standardized nursing service training base is proved to be an effective training ways to improve the image of nurses and promote nursing service level.
