摘要 采用熔融共混制备炭黑(CB)/聚丙烯(pp)导电复合材料,研究炭黑质量分数对复合材料导电性的影响。结果表明,复合材料具有明显渗滤效应,渗滤值在8%左右,炭黑经偶联处理后,渗滤值降低到5%,体积电阻率降低3个数量级;同时发现"逾渗阈值"现象出现的原因,与热力学理论吻合较好,即随着炭黑含量的增加,复合体系界面能出现饱和、过剩,当体系界面过剩达到一定值后,粒子开始形成导电网络,宏观表现为复合材料体积电阻率突降。 Carbon black/polypropylene composite was prepared by melt blending, and the effect of carbon black mass fraction on the conductivity of carbon black/polypropylene composite were studied. Result showed that the composite exhibited evident percolation threshold effect, with percolation value of 8%. The percolation threshold was decreased to 5% and the volume resistivity was lowered three magnitude after coupling treatment of carbon black. The occurrence of percolation threshold was in good agreement with thermodynamic theory. As the increase of carbon black content, saturation and excess were appeared in the interface of composite system. SEM observation indicated that carbon black particles formed a continuous network structure when the excess reach a value, resulting in a great decrease of the conductive percolation threshold.
