To Approach the Causes of Waterwall Tube Leakage Failure of 600 MW Boiler

平圩电厂６００ＭＷ锅炉在运行了３２０００ｈ后发生了内螺纹水冷壁管泄漏失效。管子失效主要发生在两侧墙高热负荷区。根据试验，水冷壁管失效的首要原因可能是热疲劳，但腐蚀疲劳可能也是管子失效的原因之一。

Pingwei power plant 600 MW facility boiler occurred rifled waterwall tube leakage failure after 32 000 operational hours.The tube failure mainly occurred in the high flux region of both side walls of the boiler.Based on tests,the primary couse of the failure of the waterwall tube could be the thermofatigue,but the corrosion fatigue may be one of the fatigue causes.
