摘要
阐述了网络化设备故障诊断系统的内涵,详细比较了它与传统故障诊断系统、基于PC机的设备故障诊断系统之间的联系,介绍了网络化故障诊断系统的两种结构模式并对它们进行了比较,对监测数据的传输、监测数据和诊断结果的发布和共享、信息处理技术、结构模式的选择、网络安全等关键技术进行了详细的探讨。为构建网络化设备故障诊断系统提供了一种解决方案,并指出网络化故障诊断是未来设备诊断的发展方向。
The concept of network equipment fault diagnosis system was presented, its relationship with traditional equipment fault diagnosis system and equipment fault diagnosis system based on PC was compared. Two network equipment fault diagnosis system structural models were introduced and compared. The key techniques, such as the transportation of monitoring data, the publishing and share of monitoring data and the result of diagnosis, the information processing technology, the choice of structural model and the net work security were discussed. A feasible solution for the construction of network equipment fault diagnosis system was put forward and it was pointed out that the developing tendency of fault diagnosis system is the network equipment fault diagnosis system.
