工业炉强辐射传热节能新技术

Strong Radiation Conduction Energy Saving Technology in Industrial Furnaces

摘要 阐述了在工业炉内设置强辐射元件,取得了强辐射传热节能的效果。该元件将炉内漫射状的热射线调控为指向工件的射线束,以便将热量直接传递给工件,与RX3节能型的箱式热处理炉相比,实施本技术后节电率可达20%~30%,工业黑体的全射率达0.96。 Some fundamental aspects of energy saving with strong radiation elements are presented. The said elements concentrate diffuse reflection heat into directional heat beams on the workpieces to be heated in furnace. Energy saving of 20%~30% and a full emissivity of 0.96 for industrial black body will be achieved with the said technology, in comparison with the RX 3 series energy saving type furnaces. The results of tests has shown that it has good economic efficiency and promising prospects in application. [WT5”HZ〗
