摘要
目的研究IAP家族新成员Survivin的表达与大肠癌临床病理关系及与P53、Bcl-2表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素2过氧化物酶(SP)法分别检测大肠癌组织和正常大肠黏膜中Survivin蛋白及大肠癌组织中P53、Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况。结果Survivin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为60%,在正常组织中的阳性表达率为0%(P<0.01),Survivin蛋白的表达与患者性别、肿瘤与肠壁关系、Duck分期、淋巴结转移情况无显著相关性(P>0.05),与患者年龄、分化程度呈显著相关(P<0.05);P53表达阳性与Survivin蛋白表达阳性呈显著相关(P<0.005);Bcl-2表达阳性同Survivin蛋白表达阳性无显著相关性(P>0.9)。结论Survivin蛋白在正常组织和大肠癌组织中的差异表达使它有望成为新的肿瘤标志物和预后因子。
Objective To study the relationship between Survivin (the new member of inhibition apoptosis protein family)expression and the biological behaviors of coloreetal cancer,and the relationship between Survivin,P53, and Bcl-2 expression. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the single and joint expression of Survivin, P53 and Bcl-2 proteins. Results The positive rates of Survivin expression were 60% in cancer tissues and 0% in nomal tissues, respectively. The difference between the rates was significant (P 〈0.01 ). Survivin expression had no significant relationship with patient sex,tumor location, Duke's stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〉 0.05), but had significant relationship with patient age and differentiation grade (P 〈0.05 );and P53 expression had significant relationship with Survivin expression (P 〈 0. 005 ). The Bcl-2 expression had no significant relationship with Survivin expression (P 〉 0.9 ). Conclusion The over expression of Survivin in colorectal cancer may become a new tumor marker and prognosis factor.
