摘要
基于制度变迁分析的供求框架,本文在探讨金融支持我国现代渔业发展有关政策总体趋向的基础上认为,目前我国发展现代渔业的金融支持政策较短缺,金融政策支持力度较弱、结构单一、支持机制不系统,但政策需求和政策供给的意愿都日益强烈,今后一段时期有可能形成适度宽松的金融支持格局。基于此,应着力提升现代渔业发展质量、改进渔业统计和分析工作、完善金融政策的支持机制。
Based on the demand-supply framework of analysis on institutional changes, the author has discussed general trends of financial support policy on modem fishery in China, and stated that at present time, there is shortage of the financial support on modem fishery development in China. However, general trends of financial support policy on modem fishery in China are going to be ideal in the near future. Therefore, we should increase the quality of modem fishery production, and improve our statistics and analysis works in the field of fishery economics, and perfect financial policy system.
