摘要
以传感器测量值的示值误差为拟合对象,给出了在应用该方法标定传感器时,拟合传感器测量值的示值误差曲线时的最小二乘法公式和计算拟合曲线的系数时调用计算机数据处理模块的格式,同时,给出了标定曲线、标定值的示值误差和非线性误差的计算公式。以某力传感器为例,对该方法的具体应用进行了详细的论述,将其示值非线性误差从0.416%分别降低到0.066%,0.023%,0.026%。
The indication error of measurement value is selected as matched object, the formula of least quadric multiplication for matching the indication error curve and the format of calculator function called to calculate the coefficients of matching curve are given, and the formulas such as calibration curve, indication error of calibration value and non-linearity are all put forward. The practical applications are discussed in detail by using a force sensor as an example,its non-linearity error is reduced down from 0.416 % to 0.066 % ,0.023 % and 0.026 % after calibrated in the way.
