摘要
在经济全球化发展的背景之下,中国经济持续高速发展,中国企业也面临着巨大的机会和挑战。中国有越来越多的企业走向世界,然而,在度过最初的成长期之后,大多数中国企业面临进一步发展的瓶颈;甚至于经过国内的巨大发展,走出国门之后也是境况迥异。中国企业应如何在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,如何使自己的企业做大做强、基业常青,是中国企业管理理论和实践研究的热点,也是企业家和社会最为关注的问题之一。世界500强企业中有许多基业常青的典范,本文利用企业生命周期理论对世界500强中的长寿企业各个阶段进行探析,以此来总结提炼对中国企业具有借鉴作用的成功因素。同时,对中国企业目前普遍存在的问题进行了总结,提出了针对各个时期的发展具有指导性的建议。
As the globalization of economy and the high speed of economic development of China, there are many chances and challenges for companies in China. There are more and more companies coming out of China and walking up to the world. But, after the first developing period, many companies face the difficulties of stepping forward. Even they grow well in China, they don't do so in the world market. How to get their own space in the drastic competition and how to make the companies bigger and live longer, are the studying focuses of business administration theory and practice. Also they are the focuses of the enterpriser and society. There are many living companies among the Global 500. The thesis takes the theory of corporate lifecycle as the clue, analyses the different phase of the company's development, and tries to find some success factors for companies in China.
