摘要
以野生观赏植物薄皮木的带腋芽的茎段为外植体,建立组培快繁体系。结果表明:薄皮木组培的最适诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L。
Using stem segment with axillary buds as explant,tissue culture and rapid propagation of wild plant Leptodermisoblonga Bge. were studied. The results showed as follow- MS+ 6-BA 2. 0 m4J/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/L was suitable for inducing, and MS+6-BA 5. 0 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/L was suitable for reproducing, 1/2 MS+IBA 0. 1 mg/L was suit- able for rooting.
