宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味配合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

Effect of Modified Gongwai Yun Ⅱ Recipe combined with Methotrexate on Ectopic Pregnance

目的:观察宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味配合甲氨喋呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将异位妊娠79例按就诊时间先后随机分为治疗组36例和对照组43例,治疗组采用单次肌肉注射甲氨喋呤,然后口服中药宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味;对照组仅采用单次肌注甲氨喋呤治疗。观察比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组成功34例占94.4%,对照组成功34例占79.0%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫外孕Ⅱ号方加味配合甲氨喋呤,不仅提高了异位妊娠保守治疗的成功率,而且还减轻了副反应。

Objective ：To observe the curative effects of modified Gongwai Yun Ⅱ Recipe （GWY Ⅱ R）combined with methotrexate （MTX）in treating eetopic pregnance （EP）. Methods：Seventy-nine patients with EP were randomly assigned to two groups according to the sequence of their visiting,36 cases of the treatment group were treated by intramuscular injection MTX and oral GWYⅡ R,43 cases of the control group MTX along. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results：There were succeed 34 cases（94. 4% ）in the treatment group, however, succeed 34 eases （79. 0% ）in the control group, showing significant difference between the groups. Conclusion： Not only GWY Ⅱ R combined with MTX can improve rate of success in conservative treatment for EP,but also alleviate the adverse reaction of MTX.
