Preliminary Exploration on Optimizing the Experimental Condition of Disposing Domestic Sewage by Fly Ash through Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 [目的]优化改性粉煤灰处理生活污水的实验条件。[方法]用正交实验法对用改性粉煤灰处理生活污水的实验条件进行优化选择,研究在最佳条件下,此絮凝剂对生活污水中COD、总磷与总氮的去除情况。[结果]在粉煤灰与磁介质的比例,pH值,粉煤灰投加量,搅拌时间4个因素中,粉煤灰投加量对COD去除率的影响极显著,粉煤灰与磁介质比例的影响显著,而搅拌时间和pH值的影响不显著。当粉煤灰与磁介质的比例为1∶1,pH=7,投加量为300 mg/L,搅拌时间3 min时,对COD的去除率最高。在此最佳实验条件下,生活污水COD、总磷与总氮的去除率分别为85%、45%和80%。[结论]该研究为生活污水的处理提供了依据。 [ Objective ] The aim was to optimize the experimental condition of disposing domestic sewage by modified fly ash. [ Method] The experimental condition of disposing domestic sewage by modified fly ash was optimized through orthogonal experiment and the conditions of removing COD, total phosphor and total nitrogen from domestic sewage by this flocculant under the optimum condition were studied. [Result] Among the 4 factors of the ratio of fly ash to magnetic medium,pH value,dosing quantity of fly ash and stirring time,the influence of dosing quantity of fly ash on the removal rate of COD was extremely significant, that of the ratio of fly ash to magnetic medium was significant and that of stirring time and pH value was not significant. When the ratio of fly ash to magnetic medium was 1 to 1, the pH value was 7, the dosing quantity of fly ash was 300 mg/L and the stirring time was 3 min, the removal rate of COD was highest, and under this optimum condition, the removal rates of COD, total phosphor and total nitrogen from domestic sewage were 85 % ,45 % and 80%, resp. [Conclusion] The research provided the basis for disposing domestic sewage.
