摘要
[目的]研究宣木瓜中水溶性维生素的提取分离方法。[方法]采用冷浸法、热提法和超声波提取法分别对宣木瓜中的水溶性维生素进行提取,并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量。[结果]超声波提取法的提取效率最高;HPLC法能快速测定宣木瓜中的水溶性维生素的含量。[结论]HPLC法操作简单、快速,结果准确、可靠,可用于实践。
[Objective] The method of extraetion and isolation of the water-soluble vitamin in papaya was studied. [Method] The water-soluble vitamin in papaya was extracted with the methods of cold-soaking, thermal extraction and ultrasonic way, respectively, and its content was determined with the highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC). [ Results ] The highest extraction efficiency was from the ultrasonic extraction and the content of water-soluble vitamin in papaya can be rapidly deelared with HPLC. [ Conclusion] HPLC method was simple, fast and with accurate and reliable results.
