摘要
目的:研究铁皮石斛根茎的菲类化学成分。方法:运用各种柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,并根据其理化性质、波谱解析、对照品比较以及文献报道对比鉴定化合物结构。结果:从其乙醇提取物中经反复纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为2,3,4,7-四甲氧基菲(Ⅰ)、1,5-二羧基-1,2,3,4-四甲氧基菲(Ⅱ)、2,5-二羟基-3,4-二甲氧基菲(Ⅲ)、2,7-二羧基-3,4,8-三甲氧基菲(Ⅳ)、2,5-二羧基-3,4-二甲氧基菲(Ⅴ)、3,5-二羧基-2,4-二甲氧基菲(Ⅵ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ为首次从石斛属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate chemical constituents from the stems of Dendrobium candidum. Methods: The constituents were isolated by various column chromatography methods, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis ( IR, UV, NMR and MS). Results: Six compounds were isolated from ethanol extract and their structures were identified as 2,3,4,7-tetramethoxyphenanthrene(Ⅰ), nakaharain (Ⅱ),2,5-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(Ⅲ), confusarin(Ⅳ), nudol(Ⅴ) and bulbophyllanthrin (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Among these compounds, compounds Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅵ are isolated from Dendrobium candidum for the first time.
