摘要 目的研究应用微波辅助提取麦麸中的黄酮类化合物。方法通过单因素及正交试验得到从小麦麸皮中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为微波功率560 W,微波辐照60 s,乙醇浓度80%,料液比1∶20。此工艺总黄酮提取率为3.51‰。结论微波辅助提取小麦麸皮总黄酮是一种经济有效的方法。 Objective To extract total flavonoids from wheat bran with microwave-aided extraction method. Methods The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was defined by single factor and orthogonal tests. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows: microwave power of 560 W, microwave irradiation for 60 s, 80 % ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid of 1 : 20. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.51‰. Conclusion The microwave-aided extraction is an economical and efficient method for the extraction of total flavonoids from wheat bran.
